Avon Nail Experts Speed Dry Top Shine

FANTASTIC!! Never have we seen such a quick drying top coat with such a high shine. It's tough too... it dries rock solid, difficult to chip and scratch this. An excellent high gloss on bare nails and super on nail art - dare we say we think this is even better than OPI's Rapi'Dry? YES, it is better! And cheaper too.

Avon Speed Dry Top Shine
I've finally exhausted my supplies of this. Anyone know of a good alternitive? I need it to dry quickly and ideally set the polish below quickly too. Many top coats seem to just be surface dry in however many seconds they say, whereas this one would completely set polish regardless of how many coats I have on.
