FANTASTIC!! Never have we seen such a quick drying top coat with such a high shine. It's tough too... it dries rock solid, difficult to chip and scratch this. An excellent high gloss on bare nails and super on nail art - dare we say we think this is even better than OPI's Rapi'Dry? YES, it is better! And cheaper too.
